In our country, graduate technical personnel working in the software industry comprise of computer engineers and people from other fields who have improved themselves in this regard. Most of the people from other fields are known not to have received a formal education in the development of information systems. Moreover, computer engineers actively working in the field may not have relevant up-to-date information. Therefore, Non-Thesis Post-Graduate Program of the Department of Information Systems aims to provide people with a bachelor's degree with theoretical and practical knowledge regarding the analysis, design and development of information systems, and with the necessary basic education.
